The Walla Walla University business program offered a commissioned project asking to provide them with renderings and floorplans to support their upcoming grant proposal.* The project proposal consisted of turning a two-story storage building into a student-owned coffee shop combined with a gear repair center and consignment store. Located in Washington, biking, skiing, and snowboarding are vital activities in the community culture. The business school wanted to create a versatile one-stop shop for students to study, meet, and find resources for recreational activities. I was able to assist with the final proposal by creating an accurate Revit model, assisting with space planning, and providing floor plans and renderings while communicating with the project manager and meeting project deadlines.
These renderings and floor plans were used and presented to the business school's executive board to obtain a grant for the construction.
